I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. In any case, it is a dull, intermittent, which is more persistent and severe, chronic and acute. But I can no relief. Has anyone tried an inversion table as a possibility, the spine and muscles in the lower back, perhaps stretching to reduce the pressure on the nerves down there? I am happy to try to correct them before a doctor. Thank you.
